We want you to love your Peloton Apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
